Jacob was so excited. This was his very first Boy Scout Derby Race.

Devin and him worked very hard on this car. They nicked named the
car.. "Ghost Rider"

Jacob received Best Looking car at the races. He was beyond excited
about this... The Trophy was just a small part, he really enjoyed just being
able to hang out with his friends and have fun.

"I'm sorry Grandmomma"

Well, I guess Elizabeth got board at Grand-mommas house this past weekend.
We sat down to eat lunch Sunday afternoon and Elizabeth was very set on NOT getting up from her spot! I found this under her place mat after she was finished eating!
This table was built by Devin's grandfather 24 years ago. It is a small wooden children s table where all the grand kids have sat over the years with out being messed up!!!
We made Elizabeth tell her grandmomma what she had done, needless to say she was very scared because she know that all the kids were told to be careful with the table! After a small talk about what she did, she know that her grandmomma was not upset, but a little upset for not listening.
{good thing it will be sanded down and stained black to match the room it's in}
LESSON LEARNED!

Elizabeth... Queen of the castle~

On the was home from, Birmingham, Devin had a conference call... We found
a great park from the highway and pulled over for the kids to play. I was thinking this call was only going to last 30 minutes or so... but Devin was on the phone for 1 hour, 30 minutes...
one would think that the kids would be tired from playing and running... but once we were back in the car, I think the energy level jumped 110%...
It was great to play, we were the only ones at the park!
