What a wonderful Saturday we had! Jacob turned 8 at the beginning of January. He was so excited... "Finally" he said, "I am 8 and I can be Baptized"...
He woke up on Saturday morning and shouted..
"Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm getting baptized"
Devin's parents came up and his brother with his family.
It was so nice to see ho many people from our ward came out to his baptism.
After the baptism, family came over.
I am thankful for my son and his decision to be baptized. I am thankful for the church and all it stands for and I am grateful for Heavenly Father.

Snow much fun!

So... the kids have been out of school since December 16th. They were supposed to go back on Monday the 10th of January. Middle Tennessee had a "Winter Storm" and along with that can 6 1/2 inches of snow... snow here in Middle Tennessee means NO SCHOOL!!! so, now here it is the 11th of January and still no school. We decided to make the best of the snow and go sledding. We had a blast!!! 26' weather did not stop us, we bundled up and headed to Barfield Park. The kids had a blast! I will not lie, I am ready for them to go back to school.

Had the opportunity to practice my photography skills on the Bennett Family. They are so fun, not go mention great friends. Our kids have become wonderful friends and they are so adorable. Maddie is always ready for the camera.
